Stallion: TP King Bear

TP King Bear (AQHA 1891438) foaled at Twin Pines Ranch in 1982 and as been the primary stallion since 1987. We have several mares in foal to TP King Bear; weanlings, yearlings, two year olds, and working ranch horses by  TP King Bear for sale.

Although retired to the Stallion business, TP King Bear was a natural Cutter, roper and working ranch horse in his day, and has passed and continues to pass those traits on to his off-spring. His sire "Sun Fritz" was a ROM sire and had an Arena ROM. Sun Fritz was by "King Fritz" an AQHA Champion and a Superior, High Point, Honor Roll Sire. TP King Bears' dam, "Huggie Bear"" was a winner in the California Open Circuit before moving to Tennessee as a brood mare.

We will not be standing TP King Bear to out-side mares after the 2007 season. One of his sons, By Clarks Dream (AQHA 4461771) will be taking his dad's place.

Stallion: By Clarks Dream TP

Our heroes have always been cowboys at Twin Pines Ranch, and Nevada cowboy By Clark was and is definitely one of our heroes. Several years ago we purchased a mare from By, "Wild and Waspy" (AQHA 1309928) a natural Cutting Mare. She was an own daughter of "Wild Wasp" by "Gay Bar King" and her dam was "Ann Parsons" by JB King". We currently also have a gelding and a mare by TP King Bear and Wild and Waspy. The mare is in foal to "One Tough Indian" and has a foal by her side by "One Tough Indian".

By Clarks Dream TP has his dad's athletic ability and good nature. We will only take 10 outside mares for By Clarks Dream TP in the 2007 season. He competes and wins in Team Ropings and earns his keep as a Working Cow Horse when not courting.

Stallion: HLF Smokin Ace
APHA Stallion No. 800,567
Foaled: May 14, 2004

Several years ago we hauled our best mare, Wild & Waspy to Texas and bred her to Peponita and the result was a nice mare we named Skoal Sister AQHA 2,126,070. A few years later we bred Skoal Sister to a stallion we owned named Pancho San Bar AQHA 1,686,030  (an own son of Peppy San).  She sold in foal to some folks in Indiana. Three generations later an APHA colt (double bred Pancho San Bar and Skoal Sister) foaled in Pennsylvania. He was purchased in 2005 and brought the blood back to the Pines.

If you're looking for the best in Cow Horse breeding, keep Ace in mind.
